You can cancel your pass by contacting our customer service team by phone or email. Please provide your account email and pass details.
How do I update my payment method?
Contact our customer service team to securely update your payment information. We cannot accept card details via email for security reasons.
Can I change my vehicle on my pass?
Yes, you can update your vehicle information through your account dashboard or by contacting customer service.
When am I charged for my monthly pass?
Monthly passes are charged on the 25th of each month for the following month's parking.
What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your card again. If the issue persists, please update your payment method to avoid pass cancellation.
